We provide bespoke mapping sessions and consultation on operational workflows.
2.2 Info Products
Digital materials such as guides, templates, and tutorials.
2.3 Goods
Physical items used to facilitate mapping projects, including manuals and toolkits.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees are payable according to the schedule provided at the time of booking or order. All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Return and Rescheduling Policy
We strive to ensure satisfaction across all categories. Specific conditions apply:
4.1 Mapping Services
- Requests for return of fees must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled session.
- Approved returns will be processed via the original method within 14 days.
- Sessions may be rescheduled once without additional charge if notice is given at least 3 days prior.
- Sessions may be transferred to another individual at no extra charge if notice is given at least 3 days prior.
- Custom mapping sessions that begin immediately upon booking are not eligible for return of fees due to the preparatory work involved.
4.2 Info Products
- Digital items are eligible for return of fees within 14 days from the date of download, provided no files have been accessed or opened.
- Requests should include proof of non-access.
- Returns are processed via the original method within 7 days of approval.
4.3 Goods
- Returns of physical items are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided items are in original condition.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds are processed via the original method within 14 days of receipt of returned items.
5. No Return Clause
Certain bespoke services and digital customization tasks are non-returnable due to immediate resource allocation. This includes any custom design or rapid-turnaround mapping requests confirmed as final.
6. How to Request
To request a return of fees or to reschedule a service, please contact us with full details of your booking or order.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of fees paid. We are not responsible for indirect losses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
9. Updates
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
